As stated on our 'pricing and ordering' page we accept direct deposit, bank cheque, money order, personal cheque and online credit card transactions through paypal.  We are strictly pre-paid only and do not accept credit or accounts.  Orders are posted only upon full payment of goods.  This may mean a period of clearance for cheques and direct deposits.

Postage

All orders are posted within 2 working days.  Should we be out of stock for ingredients (which is rare) for one or more of your items, you will be contacted with the time frame of order postage. 

Pricing policy

SCNHP reserves the right to change prices without notice.  If you have placed an order before price changes, prices will be charged at the amount from when you ordered.

Security

SCNHP will never email or phone you asking for bank account or credit card details.  All credit card transactions are done through paypal.  Please report any suspected fraudulent emails to sales@scnaturalhorse.com This is the only email address we operate from, so do NOT respond to any similar addresses, but report them to us instead.

Sponsorship

SCNHP has a policy of considering sponsorship enquiries only to existing, long term clients.

Your privacy

The details we may collect from you are used only in aid of processing your order.  SCNHP will under no circumstances divulge your details to any third party.
